This application has been filed to condone the delay of 240 days in restoring the suit, which was dismissed for default on 27.06.2022.

2. Till date, no counter has been filed by the respondents/defendants, despite sufficient opportunity having been given to them.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant / plaintiff for condoning the delay. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to number the restoration application and list the same for hearing on the next hearing date.
