The petitioner has sought a mandamus seeking return of the jewellery stated to have been seized at the time of search. Both parties concur on the position that the representation has been disposed on 13.04.2021, though adverse to the petitioner.
2. Since the mandamus sought for stands achieved, nothing further survives in this writ petition and the same is closed. However, liberty is always available to the petitioner to challenge order dated 13.04.2021, in accordance with law. No costs.
