O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the third respondent to register FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.N.Sudharsan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It appears that the petitioner was assaulted and he sustained serious injuries. The petitioner has not enclosed the wound certificate. But the petitioner has sent the complaint by post to the Superintendent of Police. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint along with the medical certificate to the 3rd respondent police and on receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
