O R D E R

The relief sought for in these present Writ Petitions are to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the petitioners properties under acquisition for the purpose of fixing the value of the property and to enhance the compensation to the petitioner in par with the present market value in the locality.

2. The Writ Petitions are filed in the year 2011 when the Acquisition Proceedings were in progress. However, the acquisition proceedings initiated had already been completed and the lands are utilized for public purposes, more specifically for formation of Outer Ring Road.

3. If at all the compensation determined and paid to the land owners are not in consonance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act or the petitioners seek enhancement, the same is to be done in the manner contemplated.

4. At the outset, if any grievance exist as of now regarding enhancement of compensation or otherwise, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the competent authorities for the purpose of redressal of their grievances.
