M.V.MURALIDARAN,J kal submitted that Writ Appeal in W.A. No.278 of 2017 has been preferred against the order of the writ petition in W.P.No.17443 of 2013 dated 28.06.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also admitted the said fact. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. After passing the order in the Writ Appeal, the petitioner is permitted to review the contempt petition.
