2. This application has been filed for granting leave to sue the defendants. Initially, the applicant/ plaintiff has filed the suit against 'Facebook Inc., 1601-Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025, Unites States'. Since the address of the first defendant is not within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court directed the applicant/plaintiff to implead the person, who passed the defamative content. Thereafter, in view of the direction given by this Court, the applicant/plaintiff has filed an application for impleading the 'Arappor Iyakkam, No.140A, Rukmani Lakshmipathi Road, Anna Salai, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008', as the second defendant in the suit.

3. In the said circumstances, since the second respondent is residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, the leave prayed for by the applicant is granted.

4. This application is ordered accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
