The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 77 days in filing this criminal revision against the judgment dated 02.03.2018 made in C.C.No.160 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I @ Magisterial Level, Coimbatore as confirmed by the judgment of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore in C.A.No.209 of 2018 dated 28.08.2023.

2. Though the name of the respondent has been printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of her.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
