ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.1295 of 2024 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate-I, Tirupattur.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of
this Court to withdraw this petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. The personal appearance of the petitioner is dispensed with and she shall be represented by a counsel after filing appropriate application. However, the petitioner shall be present before the Court at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 351 of BNSS and at the time of passing judgment.
