ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 2nd, 3rd and 4th herein to declare the results on the basis of the examination marks submitted before them, issue certificates for the students of the petitioner college upto the period 2013 January session. 2.In the representation dated 04.03.2013, the petitioner requested the respondents for declaration of results. Receipt of the representation is also acknowledged by the respondents. 3.Considering the prayer sought for in this writ petition and the passage of time, I am of the considered opinion that no useful purpose will be served, by keeping this writ petition pending. Hence, the respondents 2 to 4 shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2013, and pass orders in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
