A.No.1419 of 2022 is filed to order transfer of suit in O.S.No.5722 of 2019 pending on the file of the XXII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, to be tried along with suit in C.S.No.587 of 2016 pending on the file of this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the plaintiff in C.S.No.587 of 2016/defendant in O.S.No.5722 of 2019 has no objection for the transfer of the suit. C.S.No.587 of 2016 is filed for partition. O.S.No.5722 of 2019 is filed for possession. The suit properties in both the suits are same properties and also the main contesting parties are same in both the suits.

Therefore, this Court allows this application and directs that, suit in O.S.No.5722 of 2019 pending on the file of the XXII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, to be transferred to this Court for trying along with C.S.No.587 of 2016.
