ORDER
This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3301 of 2021 on 22.02.2021.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur, against four accused persons for offences under Sections 447, 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) further submitted that the final report is yet to be taken on file.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Contempt Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur, to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks.
