Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to issue a direction to order and direct reinvestigation/further investigation the matter expeditiously with immediate effect of the case in Crime No.1389 of 2020 of Kundadam Police Station, Tiruppur District and in accordance with law on the basis of the representation dated 09.02.2021 given by the petitioner to the respondents 1 & 2 within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to order reinvestigation/further investigation of the case in Crime No.1389 of 2020 on the file of Kundadam Police Station, Tiruppur District in accordance with law on the basis of his representation dated 09.02.2021 to the respondents 1 & 2 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The contention of the learned counsel of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation on 09.02.2021 to recover CCTV footage to find out the person, who https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was responsible for the death of his son, and complete the investigation and file final report.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the respondent police have not received information and the video recording is also not available now.

4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to take necessary steps to find out the corresponding video recording and complete the investigation within a period of three months and file final report in this case.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
