When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court certain materials which are incriminating and which has been safely concealed by the petitioner. There is absolutely no reference to those materials in the affidavit. In view of the same, this Court expressed its mind to dismiss this writ petition with costs. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the facts that have been exhibited before this Court was not informed to him by the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel sought for permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. 3.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
