ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to Crime No.41 of 2018 dated 08.11.2018 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 506(1) of IPC and quash the crime registered against the petitioners by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners and the second respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.553 of 2022 before the Additional Mahila Court, Erode.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
