O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to investigate the case in Crime No.1491 of 2008 and file a final report before the appropriate court in accordance with law and fix the time frame for the trial before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Saidapet, by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the Police have completed the investigation in Crime No.1491 of 2008 and filed a final report, which has been taken on file as C.C. No.354 of 2009 by the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and after completion of trial, the accused were acquitted on 16.04.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
