ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420 of IPC in Cr.No. Not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant made a complaint against one Amudha who is a wife of the petitioner. The said amudha collected some amount from the defacto complainant for the purpose of investing in the share market. Since she faced loss in the share market, refused to return back the said amount to the defacto complainant. Hence, this complaint.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as on date, the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in the FIR. Therefore, the petitioner may be directed to appear before the respondent police.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondent police shall decide whether the petitioner is an accused or not, by investigation.
