This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.799 of 2024 dated 21.02.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
