This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27383 of 2023 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioner shall continue with the above conditions.
