OP No.417 of 2015 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by M.Vijayanand, who died intestate on 15.08.2007. The petitioners are the wife and daughter of the deceased M.Vijayanand. The second petitioner was a minor at the time of filing of this Original Petition, has now attained majority and she has been so declared and the guardian has been discharged.

2. The first petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. She has produced the death certificate of the deceased M.Vijayanand, as Ex.P1. The legal heirship certificate has been produced as Ex.P2. A perusal of Ex.P2 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased M.Vijayanand. A paper publication has been made and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the above evidence, the Original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. 04.07.2019 jv http://www.judis.nic.in
