ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 151 CPC R/w.Order 41 Rule (19) of CPC to order to restore the C.M.P.No.1731 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are ready to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court dated 06.02.2023, in the above petition.

3. Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed with a condition to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 06.02.2023 on or before 12.08.2025.
