ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th Respondent to register a case in connection with the Complaint dated 17.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by one Asik Rasool, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No. 394 of 2015 against Chirag. D. Makawana and Crime No.67 of 2016 against Naresh kumar, who is the second petitioner herein. As a counter blast, the petitioners have lodged a complaint dated 17.06.2016 in order to protect themselves against the prosecution.

4. under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioners.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
