C.M.P.No.9165 of 2022 in C.M.A.Sr.No.67415 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1666 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.67415 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants. Notice has been served on the contesting respondents, however, they have not entered appearance.

3. Considering the fact that the claimants are before this Court seeking enhancement of the Award and sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. It is made clear that the claimants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 1666 days.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for addmission.
