Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the fourth respondent in their impugned Nomination List of Office Bearers in M/P.171/OB/BEC/AI SC/ST REA/2011 dated 23.12.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the fifth respondent to conduct the election as per bye-laws of the All India SC/ST Railway Employees Association.

ORDER

The impugned Notification dated 23.12.2011 stipulates that the tenure of the Office Bearers is valid for one year form the date of issue or till next advise from the South Zone Executive Committee.

2. The Notification impugned was passed in the year 2011 and the writ petition was filed in the year 2012. Thus, the tenure itself got expired and hence, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition.
