Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel and recall the Planning Permit Nos.1/2018 and 2/2018 dated 20.2.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent in the Plan showing the proposed SubDivision in Survey No.68/2A, Koladi Village, Thiruverkadu Municipal Limit forthwith.
