The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and endorsement made, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The learned Advocate Commissioner sought additional remuneration of Rs.5,000/- and the learned counsel for the applicant has no objection for payment of additional remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner. Hence, the applicant is directed to pay directly to the Advocate Commissioner Rs.5,000/- towards additional remuneration.
