ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to enquire into the complaint dated 06.04.2016, given by the petitioner.
2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed. It is also represented by the petitioner that he will pursue his remedy before the Civil Court.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
