ORDER

The petitioner's son is studying in the second respondent school. The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent alleging that his son has been assaulted by the teacher. The allegation also proceeds to state that harsh treatment is being meted out to the other students by the said teacher. Despite the fact that the same has been brought to the knowledge of second respondent, no action is forthcoming. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the first respondent may be directed to look into the same, conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations and the pendency of the representation, the petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation dated 17.11.2014 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 17.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
