(CRIME NO.556/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.2090 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.NIRMAL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to comply with the condition in Crl.O.P.No.2090 of 2022, dated 01.02.2022 before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet.
2. This Court on 01.02.2022, while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, within a period of fifteen days.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.

4. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states due to sufferance of the petitioner's mother and unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not able to execute the sureties within a time stipulate by this Court.
5. Taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for executing sureties time is extended till 18.04.2022, with a condition that no further extension of time will be granted failing which, the bail granted will be automatically cancelled without any reference to this Court. -sd/- 04/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
