ORDER

The petitioners have filed the Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Ambattur, to dispose of O.S.No.336 of 2021, on a day to day basis and preferably, within three months. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondents created fake documents and fabricated the records with regard to the suit property which absolutely belongs to them and the same is pending in O.S.No.336 of 2021, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and in order to avoid further delay, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose the suit expeditiously as it is pending from the year 2021. 3.In the above facts and circumstances, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, directs the learned District Munsif, Ambattur,

to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.336 of 2021, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
