O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Ms.Shanthini, the Sub-Inspector of Police (Law and Order),

Saidapet is present on behalf of the respondent and she is being assisted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 2.This Court by its order dated 18.11.2013, directed the Investigating Officer to conduct enquiry based on the complaint of Udayashankar Singh.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the Inspector of Police, like a civil case proceeded ex-parte and referred the case as civil in nature.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that several opportunities were given to the complainant but he had failed to appear before the respondent police and in the circumstances, the respondent has examined other witnesses and ultimately referred the case as 'civil in nature'. He also submitted that prosecution is ready to examine the complainant.

5.In the circumstances, the complainant namely, Udayashankar Singh shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 24.04.2015 at 10.30 A.M. with necessary documents.
