The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to prosecute the above Criminal appeal before this Court against the order of acquittal dated 12.01.2023 made in C.C.No.2380 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC at Magistrial Level IV, George Town, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
