This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 28.01.2025 issued against the first respondent in C.C.No.1332 of 2020 by the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate Court at George Town

The learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that suspension of sentence has already been granted to the first respondent by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2025 in C.A.No.278 of 2025 dated 01.03.2025. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner does not survive for consideration. 3 In view of the subsequent developments, this Court is of the 2/4

view that the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous and nothing further survives in this petition for adjudication.
