ORDER
1. When the matter is taken up today for consideration, the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents would submit that the prayer in this Writ Petition is to quash the impugned suspension proceedings, dated 25.09.2015 and that after suspension, an enquiry was conducted and punishment of stoppage of increment for two years without cumulative effect was also 1/3
imposed on the Petitioner, by GO(D)No.109, Higher Education (F2) Department, dated 10.04.2023 and hence, the prayer as sought for in this C.KUMARAPPAN, J.
Srcm Writ Petition has become infructuous. A copy of the said GO, dated 10.04.2023 is also produced before this Court.
2. Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents and recording the said GO dated 10.04.2023, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. However, the Petitioner is given liberty to challenge the above said GO.Ms.No.109 dated 10.04.2014, in a manner known to law. No costs.
