O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.J.Franklin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the District Registrar, Tiruppur has issued a direction to the Sub-Registrar to give a complaint to the respondent police for taking action against the persons in respect of registering a false document. The petitioner is an aggrieved person and he has sent the complaint by post. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent enclosing the order passed by the District Registrar and on such complaint being given, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
