Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in terms of the direction issued by this Court, enquiry has been conducted and orders are to be passed.

3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondent assures the Court that orders will be passed within a period of one week.
