C.M.P.No.4728 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.31434 of 2020 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 13.01.2019 made in M.C.O.P.No.46 of 2017 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Hosur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Though, notice was served on the respondent they have not appeared either in person or through counsel before this Court.

3.Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 213 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
