ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 07.12.2012 in W.P.No.32366 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader have submitted that the order dated 07.12.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.No.32366 of 2012 has been complied with vide compliance order dated 19.07.2016 in Letter No.19197/MMB.2/2013-1 and the copy of the same has been served on the petitioner.

Recording the same, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
