This Civil Suit is filed under Order VII, Rule 1 of CPC, prayed for a judgment and decree against the Defendants:- a).For a permanent injunction restraining the 2nd defendant from holding any meeting of the Pastorate Committee of St. George's Cathedral Church without inviting the Trustees of the Plaintiff Trust either on his own or under the direction of the 1st defendant. b).For a permanent injunction restraining the Defendants from withholding the transfer of all the funds collected by them for restoration work of St. George's Cathedral Church to the Plaintiff Trust including the funds resolved to be transferred to the Trust as per the General Body resolutions dated 22.04.2012.
c).For a permanent injunction restraining the Second Defendant from withholding the transfer to 50% of the funds collected towards wedding/reception fees and all the other funds earmarked for Trust Projects to the Plainitff Trust, from 01.04.2012 onwards. d). For costs of the suit.

JUDGMENT
