ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the third respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Swathipriya, aged 17 years, before this Court and to handover her custody to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, Mr.R.Saravana Babu, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Attur Town Police Station, Salem District is present. 3.On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue was secured on 10.03.2020 and produced before the Fast Track Court, Attur on the same day. Since the detenue refused to go with her parents, she was produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Salem and was kept in Life Line Trust, Salem. Thereafter, on the orders of the Child Welfare Committee, Salem, the detenue was handed over to her mother on 16.03.2020.

Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
