O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to de-seal the premises belonging to the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the premises was sealed in the course of investigation in Crime No.78 of 2024 which was registered for offence under the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a false complaint was lodged and totally three FIRs came to be registered as against the owner of the petitioner and all these FIRs have been put to challenge before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3516 of 2024, Crl.O.P.No.3535 of 2024 and Crl.O.P.No.3530 of 2024 and all these petitions have been entertained and stay of the investigation has been granted by this Court by an order dated 21.02.2024. 4.In the light of the above development, the premises cannot be continued to be kept under lock and seal. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondents to de-seal the subject property, forthwith, and permit the petitioner to have access to the property.
