This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the complaint of the defacto complainant named Mrs.Dhanalakshmi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Dhanalakshmi, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed.
