ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some persons who did not possess the requisite qualification as per Rules were selected and there is possibility of giving appointment order shortly. However, the petitioner has not chosen to question the selection of those persons by impleading them as parties. When it is pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought to with draw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Writ petition is dismissed as with drawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
