ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested on 14.03.2022 by the respondent police for the offence under Section 397 I.P.C, on a complaint given by the Lorry Driver alleging that this petitioner herein at knife point robbed Rs.1,000/-, is before this Court seeking bail.

2.On perusing the F.I.R. and the documents and hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who stated that this petitioner is having two previous cases of similar nature and in this case, at knife point, he had robbed Rs.1,000/- from the defacto complainant, this Court is of the view that if the petitioner is released on bail, he will indulge in similar offence again.
