Mr.S.Pian Adarsh, learned Counsel representing Mr.C.Santhosh Kumar, learned Counsel on record for the revision petitioners is before this Court through Video Conferencing Mode.

The learned Counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the Trial Court viz., Additional Mahila Court [Fast Track Court], Thiruvarur, has passed order in DVC.No. 44 of 2022. Consequently, the relief sought for in this Revision Petition has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Revision Page No.2-4

Petition.

In view of the above submissions made by him, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 08.11.2024 MSM Page No.3-4
