PRAYER : This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.817 of 2021 and to file a charge sheet u/s.173(2) Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional Court.

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.817 of 2021 and to file a charge sheet u/s.173(2) Cr.P.C. before the jurisdictional Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.817 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 279 & 337 of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the charge sheet within a period of four months.
