It is the statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that, petitioner is not an accused in Crime No.123 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 328 of IPC read with Section 24(1) of Cigarette and other tobacco products.

2. The respondent conducted search at the shop premises of the petitioner. They have every right to conduct search. But after conducting search, very fairly they have stated that, petitioner is not an accused.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
