3. Though notice served on the 2nd respondent and it name is appeared in the cause-list, there is no representation for the 2nd respondent.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned.

C.M.P.No.4897 of 2025 is allowed.

6. It is made clear that the petitioner/claimant is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period of 742 days on the enhanced award amount in the event of his success in the appeal.
