ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 21.09.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29578 of 2015 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the request of the petitioner has been considered and the petitioner was informed that it is not feasible to give patta since the land has been classified as burial ground. 4.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
