2.In view of the settlement reached, this First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of settlement. The memorandum of settlement will form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, are closeed. 3.In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in High Court of Judicature at Madras rep. by its Registrar General Vs.
