ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register F.I.R., on the basis of the complaint dated 25.05.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is seen that on a petition filed by one Ponni in Crl.O.P.No.3570 of 2015, this Court by order dated 06.03.2015, had directed the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvarur District and the Inspector of Police, Thiruthuraipoondi Police Station to afford police protection to the said Ponni. In compliance with the order passed by this Court, the Police Officers had given police protection to the said Ponni.

4.The petitioner who is aggrieved by it, has sent a complaint dated 25.05.2015 to the Director General of Police, Thiruvarur District and other police officials for registering a case against the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Thiruvarur District and the Inspector of Police, Thiruthuraipoondi Police Station and others for having given police protection to the said Ponni.

5.Since, the police officials had only acted in accordance with the directions in Crl.O.P.No.3570 of 2015 dated 06.03.2015, no positive direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
